Facebook x ssu x crew Stagecoach Activation
Facebook partnered with CREW and Sunnyside Up to bring a playful, story-rich activation to Stagecoach where I produced + brand managed the experience on the ground. Designed as a “watering canteen” oasis, the space blended country festival energy with Meta’s Marketplace narrative, turning every corner into a moment worth capturing.

Produce an immersive Stagecoach activation that spotlights Facebook Marketplace while giving festival-goers an interactive, creator-friendly space to explore, shoot content, and cool off.
-
Stagecoach attracts a massive wave of creators, influencers, and fans craving unique touchpoints between sets. By transforming brand messaging into a tactile, photogenic environment, Meta could drive organic engagement and deepen cultural credibility.
-
Festival attendees don’t want a tech product demo but rather a moment to decompress in the midst of it all. If you make the space beautiful, intuitive, and interactive, they’ll do the storytelling for you.
-
Create a full “watering canteen”-themed environment that merged aesthetics with interactivity:
Facebook Marketplace showcase anchored the space through an influencer designed curated photo installation inspired by Western thrift culture.
A watering station and shaded canteen zones extended dwell time and kept guests comfortable.
Disposable cameras were gifted to guests, who returned them to receive developed photos post-festival, building a second brand touchpoint.
Daily celebrity pop-ups and creator drop-ins amplified organic social reach.
A picturesque build—intentional décor, layered textures, and set-like vignettes turned the entire activation into a frictionless content engine.
Warm, engaged brand ambassadors set the tone, making it easy for guests to explore, shoot, and stay.
